THE CLIFFORD KEMP RECITAL.

A pianoforte recital by an established teacher and exponent of the instrument is always of much interest, and particularly to students to whom interpretation and technique are of the utmost importance. For his recital on Saturday next Mr. Clifford Kemp has selected works of^ contrasting character. The programme will contain numbers by earlier masters like Beethoven, Bach, and Chopin, and the latter-day composers will be represented by Smetana and Nicmaun in the characteristic work for which they both have become noted. For the benefit of students the Moonlight Sonata of Beethoven will be plajed. Mr. Kemp will be assisted by Mrs. R. J. Wildish in songs by Chaminade, Landon Ronald, and Sibelius, and Mr« Janet Ross Hoctor will accompany. Tha box plan is at The Bristol, and special arrangements have been made for concessions to students and colleges.
