LONDON, 22nd June. The Tokio correspondent of "The Times says that much has been written about the Japanese naval losses during the recent earthquake, but the loss of ships . was really trifling. The correspondent admits that the loss of fuel was considerable. Japan, however, lost nothing that she could'not replace, and she has still a powerful navy in commission, and shipyards that the earthquake in no way affected.
