HOME FOR AGED NEEDY
The inmates of the Home for Aeed visits to several of the suburban and sed side beauty spots. a On Chrismas Eve the inmates of the Jiome were serenaded by a party of nurses from the Hospital, under Matron At the d.nner; which was quite Vsum^ Juous spread, the chairman of the W ees, Mr George Petherick, on behalf of the board, extended to 'all present the compliments of the season, and eulogised the work of the matron and staff during the past year. Numerous gifts were dis tributed, and the trustees thank many donors, including some anonymous donors, who contributed to the pleasure of the old folk.
