TE KUTTI,-3rd August. In the Magistrate's Court to-day Peter Bernard Mora, ex-couuty clerk, was committed for trial in tho'- Hamilton Supreme Court on six criar°-es of misappropriation of funds of- the Waifomo County Council, amounting to £92 11s 7d, during his term of office between 1917 and 1922.
