MAGISTRATE'S COURT
The monthly sitting of the Lower Hutt Mngistrate'6 Court was held yesterday before Mr. W. G. Eiddell, S.M., and Mr. C. B. Robinson, J.P. The following offenders who failed to provide lights on their bicycles after dark were each fined 7s: —Andrew Black, Horace Childs, Albert Conroy, John Dome, Eric Foster, Arthur Gwil-
Ham, James Pointon, Oswald Prior, Honald Kobertson, and Wijliam Sweeney. For the same offence, Frederick Lockett, John Meach, and Nita Perfect were each convicted and discharged. A juvenile was fined 7s on a similar charge and six other children were convicted and discharged. W. A. Cottle was fined 10s and 7s costs for allowing stock to wander on the street, and for similar offences A. Armstrong and J. Garry were each fined 5s
