UNDEFENDED DIVORCE CASE

■ In the Supreme Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Chapman, Jessie A. Howard petitioned for dissolution of her marriage with William James Howard, on the ground of having lived apart from her husband under a separation order for upwards of three years. Petitioner asked for the custody of the children. The parties were married in July, 1912, and the separation order was granted on Bth April, 1918. The case was undefended, Mr. J. F. B. Stevenson appeared for petitioner. After hearing the evidence, his Honour granted a decree nisi, to be moved absolute after threa months —petitioner to have the custody of the children.
