TARARUA TRAMPING CLUB

About a score of members of the Tararua Tramping Club, under tho leadership of Mr. H. C. Milne, had a most ablo and successful outing on Saturday and Sunday at Mr. Price's farm, on the Little Akatarawa River. The party, was most hospitably treated by Mr. Russell Price, who placed a cottage at the disposal of the ladies, and. who allowed tho men of the party to uso some wharee, thu result being that there was no need to risk the rigours of tent life in winter. The gorge scenery of the locality was much admired, and it war agreed that scenically and botanically tho Littlo. Akatarawa is one of tho most attractive places nearby to tho capital city
