These lectures are part of the cdurse. ■arranged by the WdIngton Branch of the United Y-M.C.A. aehools, and wrtii four text books and j special reviews by leading public speakers, should prove a boon to any man whose work requires him to be a convincing speaker (and» "whose does not). Whether they contemplate taking up the course or not, interested students are in-i-vited to attend this first lecture. .
