SYDNEY DOCTOR RETALIATES
GLAIM FOR DAMAGES.

An action has commenoed. in the Courts, in which Dr. George- Thompson, who was prominent in the Farr case, is claiming £5000 damages from the British Medical Association, for allegwl defamation. The acticfi is grounded on his expulsion from the British Medical Association, following the part he took in the Faw case, and on the motion for h£s expulsion, in which it was stated that he would not be met in consultation. or. accorded professional recognitic-p in any form by the British Medical Association.
