KARORI RIFLE CLUB
COMPETITION FOR SENIOR > CADETS.
Hit committee of the Karori Rifle Club lias fixed the ' following conditions for the Cadet' contest:—First match, seven shot*, each at 20Oyds and 300 yds; second match', seven shots eac-E at 200 yds and 500 yds. One optional sightcr at each range. In order to put all boys on the same footing, rifles will be used as issued. Each coach will fire a few rounds with the rifle before handing it to the Cadet, so that the boys will receive the full benefit of the coaching. On each of the two days, cash prizes will be given as follow :— One at 10a, onft at 7s 6d, and seven at ss. For the aggregate of ttie two matches the prizes aTe :—One at £1 Is, one at £1, two at 15s, and five at 10s. This makes a total ■ prize list of £11. The Cadets will be under the senior n.c.0., Sergeant S. G". Cooper, and going out, will fall in on the northern side of the Lambton Station platform.
