TO ARMISTICE PROPOSAL.

CONSTANTINOPLE. 27th March.
The Turkish Foreign Office, replying to the armistice proposals, states that it is necessary to consult the Angora Government. It points out that the Allies do not mention the evacuation of Thrace and Adrianople, which is essential to safeguard Constantinople.
