( RETURN TO LONDON.

Mr. Lloyd George is well again, and returned to London to-day. His return was precipitated by the, events in Ireland, the industrial crisis, and the preparations for the Genoa Conference. Tonight he conferred with Signor Schanger, who is, making a flying visit to London in connection, with the Genoa arrangements.
