MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., presided at to-days-sitting of the Magistrate;^ Court. Two first' offending inebriates were dealt with in the customary manner. Leonard Grondin, who was charged that, on 9th July, 1921, he received the sum of £2 from.lsabel Arcourt on terni3 requiring him to account for tho same to Charles Edward Mullia, and that he fraudontly omitted to do co, thereby committing theft, was remanded for one week, -Sub-Inspector Willis remarking that several other charges would bo preferred ' against tho accused, who was represented by Mr. D. Perry.
