OHBISTCHURCH, This Day, There is a good bench of buyers at the sixth wool sale. There is no ■American competition. France, Belgium, Yorkshire, and Germany are represented. Bidding is better than was expected, condderin;? the state of the London mar: ket. Half-bred had sold well, but threequarter and crossbred aro not in great demand. The total offering i B 9015 bales (four catalogues). Seven thousand bales were disposed of by 1 p.m., about 1 70 per cent. bein# sold. ' Prices were as follow: Half-bred, super, llJ,d, medium 9Jd; three-quarters, super, 7fd, medium 6d;_ crossbred, super, s^-d, medium 4d; halt-bred, pieces, 7|d; crossbred, pieces, 4d; merino, super, ll^d; merino, medium, 10id.
