Paterson and Co., Ltd., v. Frederick Brattle, £4 11s, costs £1 3s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. F. B. Smedley was ordered to pay the executors under the will of D. N. Wilkinson the sum of £21 19s .forthwith, in default 20 days in gaol, warrant to be suspended so long as £1 per month is paid. Albert A. F. Saunders was ordered to pay Elsie Saunders the sum of £19 10s by instalments of £1 per month.
