Further legal argument was heard by the Full Court (their Honours Mr. Justice Sim, acting-Chief Justice, Mr. Justice Hoskiag, and Mr. Justice ... Herdman) at the Supreme Court this morning regarding the action taken by Beath and Co., of Christchurch (Mr. M. Myers), against H. W. Overtoil (Messrs. M. J. Gresson and J. H. Upbam),to obtain possession of the AT Hotel, Christchurch, of winch the defendant is the licensee. The <#;e arose out of the defendant's alleged neglect of the premises.
