Tho Exchange Telegraph - Agency states that while both German and foreign buyers at the Leipzig Fair were very reserved, the recent Konigsberg Fair was unexpectedly successful. A Soviet representative ordered several millions' worth of goods, and the new independent Baltic States placed large"" orders for agricultural machinery. Scandinavians, Russians, Dutch, and French buyers ordered machinery largely.
