REPATRIATION

The position arising out of the passing of the Repatriation Bill was considered by the national exccVive of the Second Division League last night, and the following motion was carried : — '■ "That the national executive of the Second Division, League records its strong disapproval of- the Repatriation Act as passed by Parliament, and, having used every constitutional means to get this vital question fully deliberated on and amended by Parliament, is compelled to advise members of the league throughout New; Zealand that they, in common with other organisations whose representations ha-ve been ignored *md whose rights have been violated, by the operations of the political machine, must rest content until a general election gives them the right.to record the only effective , protest - at the ballot-box."
