A PERILOUS ROAD AHEAD

The New York, World says that Russia lias rounded another corner safely, but the road ahead is perilous and difficult. The New York Times says Russia must be saved, but this will not be .accomplished by compromise. It is unfortunate Keren6ky always seeks the middle path. -
