COSSACKS REFUSE TO ARREST HIM

TONDON, iTth September. T?he Council of the Don Cossacks has refused .to obey the order of the Government to ari'est General Kalediri, on the ground that General Kuledin must attend the Cossack Conference to furnish, explanations. The Council also carried a resolution protesting against tile charge that the Cossacks' symEathiea are against the Revolution. The resolution declares that the Cossacks aye always supported the Government.
