PETROGRAD, 15th August. The ex-Tsar and his family have been removed from Tsarskoe Selo to a destination which will be announced later. Complete secrecy enshrouds their removal, wiriclj was resolved upon in the middle of July upon political and military grounds by tin; Provisional Government, without consultation with the Soldiers' and Workmen's Council. Every precaution was taken to ensure their cafe removal.
