Mr. Gerard (formerly United States Minister to Berlin), in' further revelations describes an interview he had with the Kaiser in May of 1916. The Kaiser, discussing the British blockade, declared that if it became too drastic he would blow up Windsor Castle and the whole of the Royal Family rather than allow his own family and grandchildren to
starve.
