COPENHAGEN, 31st May. The Austrian Socialist delegation at Stockholm has issued a statement asserting that the Austrians want peace without annexations or compensations, and also giving independence to Belgium, Servia, Montenegro, Finland, and Russian Poland. The settlement of the Balkans must be'left to the populations of the Balkan countries, while the Poles in Galicia and Prussia will be autonomous within the Austrian and .German Empires.
