DUNEDIN, This Day. The Otago Military Service Board sat at Dunedin to-day.
William Coopar, telegraphist, appealed on the ground that he was over age, being born in 1868. The appeal was allowed.
Joseph Andrew Dysart, railway porter, appealed on the ground of undue hardship owing to family circumstances. The appeal was dismissed.
James Alexander Walquist, asphalting contractor, appealed on the ground that his enlistment would be contrary to the public interest because of his occupation, and would cause undue hardship. Appeal dismissed, appellant not to be called up till 20th February.
