BUTTER TRADERS' REQUEST
FOR SIBERIAN BUTTER. (Received April 19, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 18th April. The Liverpool, Manchester, and Glasgow butter traders are requesting the Foreign Office to receive a deputation to point out the seriousness of stopping tho supply of Siberian butter. There is an impression that Russia may grant licenses to export.
