MR. LLOYD GEORGE ABSENT. (Received April 19, 2.15 p.m.) LONDON, 18th April. There was a large attendance at Westminster in anticipation of Mr. Asquith's statement. The absence of Mr. Lloyd George was notable. The Finance Bill was passed.
