BOY SCOUTS' COMPETITIONS
The local Boy Scouts' competitions for the banner were held at the Garrison Hall, Buckle-street, on Saturday last. The result was a win for St. Thomas's (Newtown) troop. Marks were awarded in the following _ proportions : — Appearance, " 10 ; marching, 40 ; physical' drill, 40; word of command, 10. Lieut.
