REJECTED IN MELBOURNE. By Telegraph.— Presd Association.— Copyright. (Received October 15, 10.15 a.m.) ' MELBOURNE, This Day. The steamer Manuka's consignment of New Zealand potatoes is, in the opinion of the inspectors, affected by Irish blight. Out of two thousand three hundred bags, fifteen hundred have been examined, and all rejected.
