INTERNATIONAL INCIDENT LIKELY TO DEVELOP. By Telegrtpft.— Press Association.— Copyright MEXICO CITY, 2lßt September. The international incident is likely to develop, as the result of the arrest of an American subject in the Tamalulipaa State, adjoining Texas. The American Ambassador has demanded his release, threatening that if necessary a force of American marines will be landed. It is expected that Mexico will yield.
