I believe in trying to reduce the drudgery of life," i,lx. Fisher, Commonwealth Prime Minister, says this must not be taken as an announcement of the Federal Government's policy. "It was rather a dull bit of humour on my part," he declares, " and meant, 'if you don't aim high you won't do anything.' "
