MORE BURGLARIES. THEFT OF JEWELLERY SAMPLES. By Telecraph.'— Press Association.— Copyright. SYDNEY, 12th June. The Fresh Food and 100 Company's premises were entered by burglars and £100 stolen. A thief made his way into a house at Waverloy, but the occupant fired a shot at the intruder, who decamped. Four hundred pounds' worth of samples were abstracted from the trunks of an English jewellery firm's representative landed from the steamer Riverina. It is supposed they were" taken at Melbourne.
