Prince Gustav Dikran, a political exile from Albania, who arrived in Auckland recently, attended a meeting of the Auckland Presbytery, and wae extended a welcome by" f.lie Moderator (The Rev. James Milue). In acknowledging the welcome, tho visitor said ho was pleaded to proclaim himself a Presbyterian. His i jther and been converted from Mohammodisni by a Presbyterian Missionary, and for two yeaie he secretly eopoused the religion. Then, however, the Sultan of Turkey became aware of tho fact, and tho speaker's father was poisoned by lagans of a cup of coffeo. The prince mentioned that his ambition was to become t medical missionary and return to his country as a naturalised British subject, under tho auspices of the Presbyteriai'i Missionary Board.
