SCHOOL COMMITTEE AND BOARD.
AUCKLAND. 21st December. For some time past, trouble has been brewing between members of the Epsom School Committee and officers of the Education Board, and matters have now reached a climax. At a meeting of the committee lasfc night it was resolved : "That the Epsom School Committee resign in a body, as a protest against the insolence and domineering meaner of the board's secretary towards the chairman.-, of the committee, and that the keys and feopjss .be • handed' .to 'the,, board."- "-* *7"
