RAIN EXPECTED.
Fine weather still continues locally, and Sunday was an ideal day from the weekenders' point of view ; what the farmers thought of it also does not require much imagining. Fair weather has been experienced generally, except in the southernmost districts of the South Island. Eain is anticipated, however, in all paTts of the country. Warm and hazy weather will probably prevail for a timo on the east coasts of both islands.
