THE MAILS.

Mails from Australia, and from England, via Suez, were aboard the Maheno, which arrived at Auckland yesterday at noon. The Wellington and southern portion of the madls will arrive at Wellington by the Main Trunk express this afternoon. The Postal Department is advised that tho steamer Knight of St. George, which arrived at Auckland yesterday, brought a small New Zealand mail from San Francisco. The Wellington and southern portion is due by to-day's Main Trunk express. According to a wireless message to hand last night the San Francisco mail steamer Aorangi will arrive at Wellington to-morrow morning.
