Tuesday, 6th inst., at 8.45 a.m. The next best despatch for United King- i dotn and Continent of liurope will bo via Naples, closing at Wellington, per Moeraki, Friday, 9th int.t., at 3 p.m. The next best despatch for Canada, United States of America, and West Indies, will be via Rarotong.i. Tahiti, and San Francisco, closing at Wellington, per Main Trunk train, Friday, ICth December, at 10.30 a.m. AH books and sample packets and newspapers for places within the Dominion must be posted half an hour before the ordinary letter mail closes. Money orders for abroad must be obtained two hours before the advertised time of closing mails. All the principal mails by train and steamer close at Te Aro and Courtenay-place Post Offices at the same hours a« at Ine Chiel Post Office, with the exception tnat there is no iate-fee clearance.
