KENNEL CLUB.
At the committee meeting of th« Wellington Kennel Club, held last evening, Bro. W. Janson presided. The following were present: Messrs. P. H., Smith, James Kennedy, A. W. Rowlands, E. Bernasconi, F. Clarke, and W. Rogers. Owing to a doubt as to status of an exhibit which was imported from -New South Wales, it was decided to withhold a third prize awarded' at the recent show pending advice from the New Zealand Kennel Club. It waa decided in future to instruct judges to forward the committee their official re^ ports shortly after the show. Arrange-, ments are to be made for the imme-< diate printing > and issuing of award certificates won at the club's late show.. Much regret was shown at the resignation of M. F. Clarke, a committeeman >! and a motion was carried expressing appreciation of his valuable services. Thedate was fixed for the annual general meeting. *"
