The Pan-German movement favours legislation declaring that naturalisation abroad does not necessarily involve the loss of German nationality. For instance, in the opinion of the leaders of the movement, a German naturalised in the United States is entitled to claim the Gorman Government's support in relation to any other country except the United States.
