PAN-GERMANISM.
IN REGARD TO NATURALISATION LAWS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received November 18, 8.5 a.m.) BERLIN, 17th November. The Pan-German movement favours legislation declaring that naturalisation abroad does not necessarily involve the loss of German nationality. For instance, in the opinion of the leaders of the movement, a German naturalised in the United States is entitled to claim the Gorman Government's support in relation to any other country except the United States.
