Mr. Eugene Crean, Nationalist member for South-East Cork, has issued a summons, against Mr. Joseph Devlin, Nationalist member for West Belfast, charging him with disorderly behaviour the National Convention of the United Irish League, which was recently held m Dublin. This is the first prosecution under the Public Meetings Act, a measure passed by Parliament at the initiation of Lord Robert Cecil last session.
