Cholera has revived acutely at St. Petersburg. The steamer Ashton, from Antwerp, has been quarantined at Grimsby. Five Russian passengers on board died within ten minutes of each other. The disease was rampant in St. Petersburg and other parts of Russia during the summer, but at the beginning of October it was reported that the number of cases was steadily declining.
