A GERMAN LOAN. [press association/] BERLIN, 10th August. German bankers have advanced the Sultan of Motocco half a million sterling aa a. private loan; owing to the penury of the Moroccan Treasury. Prince Bulow, the Lnperial Chancellor, has informed M. Rouvier, the French Premiei, that no .political or economic ■concessions have been made in 'eturn foT the loan.
