[ritEsa association.] (Received April 24, 9.38 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Dr. Barlow has been enthroned bb Bishop of Goulburn. The ceremony was most impressive. Canon Pain, Vicar of St. John's, Sydney, has accepted election as Bishop of the new Diocese of GippJand.
