MELBOURNE, 23rd April., Speaking in the Federal House of Representatives, Mr. Kingston, Minister for Customs, said that tho question of whether Now Zealand fodder should be tillowed to go free into New South Wales in order, to save stock from tho effects of tho drought had the full sympathy of the Government. He was unaware if ho had power to grant the request, but would give a reply to-morrow.
