Emperor William has retired Cobuel Barton Reisswitz for not preventing the duel in which Lieutenant Blaskowitz vas killed by Lieutenant Hildebrandt. • [Blaskowitz struck Hildebrandt while the latter was helping him home after supper, and a Court of Honour decided that &■ duel should be fought. Blaskowitz being killed, Hildebrandt was sentenced to two years' imprisonment.]
