PILLAGING AT PEKIN. [press association.! (Received November 27, 11 a.m.) PARIS, 26th November. General Voyron, who commanded the French troops in China, in a confidential report on the operations states that the French soldiers helped the missionaries and '300 converts who, with 40 wagons, were pillaging silver ingots from Prince Li's palace. The missionaries gave every soldier a cheque.
