MARINE ENQUIRY. PERTH, This Day. At the preliminary enquiry into the wreck of the Karrakatta at Swan Cape, the captain and officers were exonerated from blame. The Court greatly praised tho captain and the chief engineer for their cool behaviour. The evidence proved that the steamer struck on an uncharted rock.
