FURTHER JUDICIAL FRICTION. (Received January 31, 9.20 a.m.)

Paris. 30th January. Further dissension among the Judges of the Court of Cassation over the Dreyfus case has come to light. Only a day or two ago M. Mazeau, First President of the Court, presented a report upon the charges mude by M. Beaurepaire, in which he urged that it would be unwise to rely solely upon the criminal section of the Court. Now it transpires that M. Loew, the Judge who has presided over the late deliberations of the Criminal Chamber with regard to Dreyfus, and M. Bard, the member who drew up the report that led to the present investigation, refused to be examined in the enquiry held by M. Mazeau, and that they pay no regard to his report.
