THE DREYFUS SENSATION. THE CONTEMPLATED CHANGE OF PROCEDURE.

AN OUTCRY AGAINST THE PREMIER'S PROPOSAL. [PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received January 31, 9.10 a.m.) Paris, 30th January. The advocates of the revision of the Dreyfus case declare that the Premier (M. Dupiiy) has yielded to popular clamour in proposing to refer the question of the revision to the whole Court of Cassation instead of the Criminal Chamber. M. Beaurepaire, the member of the Court who recently resigned, demands that his indictment against Dreyfus be heard by the Criminal Chamber of the Court. He declares that nobody is satisfied with the Premier's proposals. The Temps and the J ournal dei Debats state that M. Divpuy's decision attacks the independence of the Court.
