THE COLLINGWOOD MURDER. Melbourne, This Day.
A mnn named Myers has been arrested for the murder of the widow Marian Robertson, who was butchered with a tomahawk in a house at Collingwood. The prisoner says he pushed the woman, who was drunk, and she fell against a box. The post-mortem examination revealed the fact that the woman's death was due to her neck having been wrenched.
