TRAFFIC IMPEDED BY ANOTHER SLIP. I By Telegraph. I (Our Own Correspondent.) Pamkrston North. This Day. Another slip occurred in the Manawatu Gorgo this morning, a small quantity of debri* coming down at the scene of tho last slip. Through traffic is interrupted, but if no further slips occur it will bo resumed to-morrow. Tn the meantime passenger and luggage traffic if maintained by special arrangements. Tho ordinary 10 o'clock train did not arrive in town till 2.30.
